Membership in Education Plus Credit Union consists of:

a. Employees of the public schools of Monroe County, Michigan and of the Whiteford Agricultural School in Lenawee County;

b. Employees of contractual service organizations whose permanent workstations are located at facilities of the foregoing schools or are assigned to work on a permanent basis for the foregoing schools;

c. Members and employees of St. Michael Catholic Church, Monroe;

d. Persons on pension arising from such employment;

e. Employees of the Education Plus Credit Union;

f. Any student in grades kindergarten through 12th.

g. Members of the immediate families of the foregoing;

h. Organizations, incorporated or otherwise, composed for the most part of the same general group making up the membership outlined above.

i. Other employer groups in a 25-mile radius of the Credit Union.

A “family member” for the purposes of membership is defined as “close relatives of the primary member, by blood or marriage (but does not extend as far as nieces, nephews and cousins); or any individual living under the same roof and in the same household as the primary member.
